California for Cooper U training

Work sent me to Palo Alto for Cooper U, a week-long training course in Interaction Design. I highly recommended this class or at least Cooper's books (About Face and The Inmates are Running the Asylum) to everybody who creates software.

Philippe and I decide to head to down to Half Moon bay. A large storm is approaching, so we go down to the beach to check it out. You can see the water spray and sand in this picture. Luckly, the rain doesn't start until we get back.

Philippe is another student in the training class. This is his first time to see the Pacific ocean in person.
