• Agile Mobile
  A nicer client IM than the MSN Instant Messenger included.  Supports MSN, ICQ, and AIM.  I'm on MSN IM no matter where I go thanks to this app.

• Beta Player
  For watching movies and playing mp3s, this is a little nicer than the windows media player included.  It doesn't support WMA yet, but it plays videos full screen.
